Give Your Kids the Lifelong Gifts of Personal Success, Confidence, Discipline and Self-Defense...
While Making Sure They Have a TON of Fun
Martial arts classes normally makes you think of self-defense, being strong, fit and safe. The truth is, it’s all that and WAY more!
DOES YOUR CHILD HAVE ANY OF THESE CHALLENGES?

They are great kids but they just don’t listen,
often being told to do something a hundred times before they actually do anything.

They’re bright and intelligent, yet have trouble paying attention at home,
in school or in any important situation, even being classified as an “ADD” or “ADHD” child.
They are simply shy and lack the confidence and self-esteem needed to live up to their full potential.
RESULTS AND GROWTH WITH EVERY CLASS!
Studying martial arts is ideal for young children. It provides them with an outlet for their energy. But, it also teaches them about respect, discipline, and other core values that will go with them beyond the dojo. Junior martial arts classes teach kids to control their movements and behavior, and they’ll learn social skills and interaction at the same time.
Children
AGES 6-12
Our Children's Taekwondo Program is based on the core value of Martial Arts training. "Martial Arts Begins With Respect." From this basic premise, we develop your child's awareness and skills in three primary areas: Respect, Discipline, and Self Control. Our core curriculum includes high-energy drills and skills designed to build and condition each child's attitude, behavior and overall character development. Taekwondo training helps children and young adults develop greater self-control and self-discipline in everything they do. Our training instills confidence through positive coaching, lots of encouragement and a powerful mentoring relationship with true leaders. We also teach valuable life skills that focus on goal-setting, a positive attitude, relationship building, communication skills and leadership.
5 REASONS EVERY CHILD SHOULD BE ENROLLED IN TAEKWONDO
1. Improved Report Cards:
Our curriculum is designed to teach children the importance of concentration. Improved concentration means that your child will learn more at school. Therefore, you can expect your child to receive better grades.
2. Better Health:
Taekwondo is a great workout. Your child will breathe better, eat better and sleep better. Children who take Taekwondo are slimmer, make better decisions about food in general, and learn to take care of themselves.
3. Positive Attitude:
Kids in our program learn to have a positive and respectful attitude. You won't find yourself repeating commands over and over, or arguing with your child like most parents do. Kids learn to be respectful of their parents and teachers. You might even catch your child saying: "Yes Ma'am or Yes Sir!"
4. Self-Confidence:
It's true; kids who take Taekwondo develop better self-confidence. They'll be encouraged to take chances and to push themselves further than they ever thought possible. The success they experience through Taekwondo teaches them that they can be successful at anything if they truly believe they can and they work hard. Improved confidence leads to better grades, a better circle of friends, and better performance in sports and in extracurricular activities in general.
5. Self-Defense:
Taekwondo teaches two forms of self-defense. One is physical, your child will improve his/her strength, flexibility, and overall health. Additionally, your child will learn to strike with tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully, your child will never be picked on nor need to fight but should the occasion arise, shouldn't everyone know how to protect themselves? The second form of self-defense Taekwondo teaches is internal. Children learn to spot danger and avoid dangerous people, places, and activities. Taekwondo can help your child avoid the need for a physical confrontation. This second form of self-defense is perhaps the most valuable of the two.
THE DIFFICULTIES OF RAISING CHILDREN
ARE NEAR ENDLESS
LUCKILY THERE IS A COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTION…

There really is a safe, natural and extremely effective way to take charge and positively impact every aspect of your child’s life. It doesn’t take medicine, therapy, harsh actions, or cajoling your kids to change their behavior. Instead, it is teaching your kids self-discipline, hard work, confidence, and respect. This done in a way that empowers them while also teaching them humility, and promoting health and fitness… all at the same time. Sounds like a wonder cure doesn’t it?

But there really is something that does all that. And that’s the power of martial arts classes.
YOUR CHILD WILL GROW WITH EVERY CLASS!
Children are like sponges. They absorb things quickly and easily – far more easily than we do as adults.
In fact, parents can sometimes see a difference in their kids after just one martial arts class.
Each additional class they attend increases their knowledge and growth.

Not only are they getting healthier as they learn martial arts, they’re also learning the value of
self-discipline and respect. When you enroll your child in a martial arts class, you’re giving them
much more than the physical skills we teach.
You’re giving them the opportunity to thrive!
RESPECT IS A CORNERSTONE OF MARTIAL ARTS INSTRUCTION
Kids who don’t respect themselves and others often have difficulties in school and in life. Martial arts teaches the importance of respect every day.

We teach students to respect their instructors and fellow students. They can’t succeed without respecting everyone in the studio.

Over time, the instinct to respect others becomes deeply ingrained – and your child will carry it with them forever.

LEARNING DISCIPLINE CREATES OPPORTUNITIES
Nobody can succeed in life without the discipline to keep going even when things are difficult. Our students learn discipline and persistence. Martial arts training requires true diligence and that’s not possible without discipline.

Students are held to the highest standard of behavior at all times – and the discipline they learn here will help them everywhere else.
BULLYING HURTS KIDS PSYCHOLOGICALLY
Children who are bullied often suffer from low self-esteem, fear, and poor school performance. Their lives revolve around the actions of bullies. Bullies focus on kids who seem fearful or vulnerable, but martial arts teaches kids to be confident and self-assured.
Martial arts build mental, emotional, and physical strength – and by teaching self-respect, it helps children believe in themselves, which makes them poor targets for bullies.
HELP YOUR CHILD CHANNEL THEIR ENERGY INTO POSITIVITY
Children bully other children out of a lack of self-respect and confidence. They seek target they perceive to be weaker than themselves to boost their sense of self-worth.

With its strong emphasis on teaching discipline and respect, martial arts instructions can help bullies see the error of their ways.
The atmosphere in our school teaches kids that there can be no self-respect without respect for others. We don’t tolerate bullying and we teach kids that the way they treat others reflects on them both here – and at school.
CHILDHOOD ATTITUDES TOWARD FITNESS TAKE ROOT EARLY
The lessons your child learns now about physical fitness may very well follow them into adulthood. Martial arts instruction teaches kids about their bodies. They learn to push themselves and pursue fitness goals. Studying martial arts sets kids up for good health and a healthy body image that they’ll keep throughout their lives.
OBESITY LEADS TO HEALTH PROBLEMS AND LOW SELF-ESTEEM
Martial arts Instruction provides two essential elements for weight loss: cardiovascular activity and core and muscle toning.
We work with kids who need to lose weight by providing them with achievable goals.
Our focus on self-discipline helps kids understand that what they do affects their bodies, and helps them to lose weight and get in shape.
NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EDUCATION
Childhood education lays the groundwork for your child’s success later in life.
Without learning, their goals and aspirations may slip away.

If your child is having difficulties in school, then studying martial arts may help them.
By providing kids with a natural outlet for their energy – and helping them achieve clarity in our school
– martial arts leads the way to better grades.
MARTIAL ARTS HELPS KIDS OVERCOME DISAPPOINTMENT
It’s common for a kid who performs poorly in class to start thinking that they’re not capable of doing better. Disappointments can dampen enthusiasm for learning.

In our martial arts school, kids learn how to take hits – and they carry the ability to do so in the classroom, where they can cope with setbacks and learn that hard work can help them more forward.

The persistence and discipline that kids learn in martial arts classes is something that applies directly to their education.
MARTIAL ARTS PROVIDES KIDS
WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WITH STRUCTURE
When a child has special needs, they struggle with certain things that other kids might find easy. In our martial arts school, they learn in a structured environment that emphasizes self-respect.
All children need exercise but it can sometimes be hard for kids with special needs to keep up on the playing field.

Martial arts instruction focuses on competing with yourself – something that allows kids with special needs to excel on their own terms.
YOUR CHILD CAN ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS
Kids who have motor difficulties learn coordination and build core strength at a level that suits their individual needs and capabilities.

Martial arts help kids get familiar with their bodies and their mental and physical capabilities in a safe and encouraging environment.

In our school, everyone is equal, and that helps kids with special needs feel that they belong to a welcoming and friendly community.
KIDS DON’T GET LABELED IN MARTIAL ARTS
One of the most damaging things that can happen to kids in school is that they get labeled: the fat kid, the clumsy kid, and so on. In our school, they’re all just martial arts kids!

Kids learn to trust themselves and their abilities. As a result, their confidence soars.

Physical self-confidence leads to intellectual and emotional self-esteem, and martial arts can help kids carry themselves with a deep-seated sense of confidence and authority.
STUDENTS LEARN TO FOCUS ON WHAT’S IMPORTANT
Martial arts training puts a strong emphasis on the importance of focus, and that carries over to home and the classroom, as well as the playground and beyond.

Through repetition and memorization, kids learn that they need to focus to excel in our martial arts school. They learn the mental discipline to avoid distractions and pursue their goals.

Today’s kids often have difficulty with paying attention, but martial arts training helps keep their eyes on the prize.
